Led by a team of some of the best coaches and athletes in the North Bay, CrossFit North Marin promises to get you in the best shape of your life! Our coaches provide consistent, tangible feedback on your progress and listen to your individual concerns and needs. It's personal. Always.

We strive to make our facility a positive place where individuals cannot only get FIT, but learn about all aspects of fitness, nutrition and find a sense of belonging. We promise to always challenge you so that you never get bored and to create a community that will inspire and motivate you. We are more than a gym. We are a community of friends, family and like-minded individuals who encourage, motivate and hold you accountable to achieving your fitness goals.

The Difference We Make

We strive to make our facility a positive place where individuals cannot only get FIT, but learn about all aspects of fitness, nutrition and find a sense of belonging.

PROGRAMMING

You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. Our programming aims to improve your capacity in the ten recognized fitness domains. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.

COACHING

Everytime you walk through the door you will be coached. We ask you about your goals, pay attention to your progress, and give you personalized advice. Our coaches are trained in nutritional principles, physical fitness and professional coaching techniques.

COMMUNITY

CFNM is a community of friends, family and like-minded individuals who encourage, motivate and hold you accountable to achieving your fitness goals. We are diverse; including members of our military special forces, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, firefighters, business executives, elite athletes, and retired grandparents.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

At CFNM you will learn how to move safely, effectively, and efficiently. Your workouts will mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. You would never bicep curl your child to pick them up, so why would you do it in the gym?
